Innovation in Rubber Blankets: „Diamond Cut Facets“ is out of date à state of the art is „MicroStructure“
Five years ago, the new Rubber Blanket with diamond-cut-facets was presented to the screen printing industry by BOCHONOW! This new rubber blanket material ensured in due course a remarkable reduction of incorrect exposures, which can be created by entrapped air bubbles!
The Rubber Blanket “MicroStructure” is the result of our latest innovation! This blanket comes with a substantially improved and much more streamlined surface. The vacuum pump is now able to evacuate the air between the screen and the rubber blanket more efficient and safe, to ensure a uniform compression over the entire screen area. Additionally to the considerable advance in quality, this innovation results in real time saving as well!
From now on all of our exposure units will be delivered with the new rubber blanket “MicroStructure” and everyone can benefit from our innovation by using the spare blankets from our production!
