Quickstart 5000
The latest development in exposure lamp technology! The new Quickstart-System eliminates the disadvantages of standard metal-halide exposure lamps and offers substantial saving in energy and cost of replacement parts. Despite the energy savings which amounts up to 80% savings in electricity, this new exposure system realizes considerable improvements in exposing stencils with any emulsion system.
The complete exposure of the total screen area has been improved by approx. 50% compared to conventional exposure technics. This means that the Quickstart 5000 exposure lamp equals the efficiency of konventional MH-Lamps with 7000 Watt.
Furthermore, new design features of the light source generates an improved and uniform light intensity that a reduction of exposure times is often accomplished. Quality improvement in stencil making is an immediate benefit of this new product.
