SIRI - NOVAMAT
The automatic screen system of the model series Novamat is a high-quality, high-speed clam-shell screen printing press for small to medium sized print area.
The Novamat is a highly accurate press for screen printing of a wide range of substrates.
This heavy-duty screen printing system shall be delivered with all necessary motors and controls and includes the following as standard equipment:
- Electro-pneumatic drive system for simple and virtually maintenance-free operation
- Vacuum printing table with strong vacuum system
- Adjustable screen mounting device to accommodate different frame sizes

- 3-point registration system of the vacuum printing table for fast and accurate set-up
- Mechanically forced registration system for perfect repeatability
- Fully integrated vacuum system
- Multi-component resin coated and "hammerfest" vacuum printing table top for flat and smooth print surface
- Chemical resistant coated tabletop for ease of maintenance
- Adjustable squeegee and floodbar angle
- Continuous squeegee pressure control for uniform and repetitiv application of ink laydown on printed material
- Continuos floorbar pressure control for uniform and consistent flooding application of screen
- Micro height adjustment for repeatable squeegee pressure
