From the Desk of Hermann Marburger-Theimer
Here our owner, Hermann Marburger-Theimer, is reporting directly from his desk about recent events and news concerning the screen printing market and/or the company Bochonow GmbH!
In screenprinting shops seriously undesirable odours from solvent burden are being complained very often. Mainly missing or inadequate ventilation are the reason! This situation can be greatly improved by simple actions, they include:
Crossflow Ventilation
It is important to know, that most of the solvents are used in the screenprinting process are heavier than air. The ideal ventilation system is designed in the way that the supply air is blown in ceiling height and the exhaust air system is installed at ground level. Most ideal that way, that the supply air flows from behind of the operating staff to the workplace, so the worker is placed in the fresh air flow. (see sketch)
Workplace Exhaust
One of these is the AIRMASTER. A unit which can be easily installed to customary drying racks (see picture). The AIRMASTER removes the solvents directly where they originate, which will otherwise contaminate the working area! An additional benefit is the acceleration of drying the printed goods!
