GENIAL Developing Plant – new installation at Steinmann Fachzentrum in Stuttgart (Germany)
On the 14.01.2011 a new GENIAL Developing Plant was installed and taken into operation at STEINMANN FACHZENTRUM (well known in the screenprinting market as a highly reliable and innovative partner).
STEINMANN FACHZENRUM is servicing the screenprinting market now for decades, not only with brand name products such as MARABU, SEFAR, KIWO, etc., but also with stretched and print ready stencils.
The industrial and graphic market’s constantly growing demands for quality and adherence to delivery dates requests a permanent expansion and modernisation from STEINMANN.
As an important step of this constant innovation, STEINMANN invest now in the automation of the developing process of screenprinting stencils and, after intensive market research, the decision was made in favour of the GENIAL Automatic Developing Plant.
In addition to the known advantages of the GENIAL, additionally a separation of the front and the rear spray bar was installed. This allows reproducing the process of separate development of the rear and the front side of the stencil, which is often necessary with sophisticated stencils. The whole program is applicable on the closed loop water system and the fresh water rinsing and can be programmed using the comfortable touch screen.
Excellent accessibility, easy sanitizing and maintenance capabilities makes the plant a worthwhile and ideal supplement of the state-of-the-art machinery at the plant of STEINMANN in Stuttgart (Germany) .
Following installation the GENIAL was officially handed over to Claus Steinmann by Klemens Bochonow.
