Here our owner, Hermann Marburger-Theimer, is reporting directly from his desk about recent events and news concerning the screen printing market and/or the company Bochonow GmbH!
GENIAL Development Plant – new installation at Anger Gans GmbH in Selb (Germany)
On the 23.05.2011 a new GENIAL Development Plant was installed and taken into operation at the ceramic printing house Anger Gans GmbH in Selb (Germany).
This highly specialized and modern company, directed by the managing directors Peter Anger and Mario Gans, produces the high-quality ceramic labels on 3 fully automatic cylinder presses with wicket dryer.
With the GENIAL Development Plant, the developing of the high performance screens with O.D. up to 1100x1200mm will be modernized and automated. For this purpose, the screens (up to 2 screens at the same time – depending on the size) will be placed into the GENIAL and, by pressing the Start-Button, the fully automatic developing process takes place. Firstly the automatic shutter door will close and then the developing-water (closed loop water system) will be sprayed resource effective onto the screens from both sides for pre-development. The closed loop water system has the additional benefit that the water tank is naturally warmed up to room temperature (without any cost) which results in slightly warmed developing water which supports the developing process. After a dwell time, the screens are being rinsed with fresh water and, after a second dwell time, the shutter door opens automatically.
The backlit wall is equipped with the most recent LED-Technology. Streak-free backlit, massive energy savings of about 90% and the comfortable working with white light (the LED’s are not emitting UV-Rays, so yellow light is not necessary anymore) are the benefits!
The sophisticated simplicity of the tank emptying and cleaning device, as well as the “swing-out-technology” of the stainless steel tank are making monitoring and maintenance simple and clean.
Excellent accessibility, easy sanitizing and maintenance capabilities make the GENIAL development plant a worthwhile and ideal supplement of the state-of-the-art machinery at the plant of Anger Gans in Selb (Germany).
We thank the owner for their confidence and for the order and we wish all the best for the future of the company and it's employees!

The control cabinet with the touch panel was installed laterally to the wall, because of space limits!
