The new GENIAL Development Plant was recently installed at BERBERTEC!
After a successfull installation, the new GENIAL Development Plant did enter operation at BERBERTEC GmbH & Co.KG today.
BERBERTEC based in Heilbronn (Germany) is among the best-known manufacturer of hitec precision screens for many different sectors. These are telecommunications, solar cell production, medical technology, entertainment industry sector, as well as the automotive and semiconductor industries.
The stringent requirements of these industries can be satisfied from BERBERTEC only by fulfilling the highest quality standards. This results very often in complex technology solutions, which are based on the inventiveness of Denis and Haris Berberovic, the owner of BERBERTEC, and a personality which is marked by a drive for perfection! The use of industrial robots for most of the process steps is only exemplary.
Now, after the move in new and modern facilities, the developing of the precision screens is automated and therefore a new GENIAL automatic development plant was ordered from us.
Of course, for such a complex job, a few of special accessories were needed, so the GENIAL will be optimally suited for the stringent requirements of the BERBERTEC-precision screens. The separate control of the front and the rear spray bar, but also a new blow-out system, which design is based on the idea of Mr. Haris Berberovic, are among the adaptations we are happy to provide.
