V4 finishing invest in new pre-press equipment and a screenprinting cylinder line
The UV-Varnish specialist V4, located in Leinfelden-Echterdingen near Stuttgart, is expanding and investing in the future. Excellent quality in print finishing with matt foil lamination, as well as partial screenprinted UV-varnish convince a growing number of companies with the highest standards in V4 finishing.
This expansion underpinned V4 with the investment in a new screenprinting press cylinder line with combined IR-UV belt dryer with modern sheet feeder and stacking system of Ecosystem. Fast makeready, ease of use and advanced technical features distinguish this screenprinting line of Ecosystem. Thus V4 can even faster meet the high demands of their customers.
Consequently, the management of V4 recognized that a modern screenprinting line is very much dependent on a modern and accurate prepress area. The required screenprinting stencils for partial UV varnish must be readily available to meet the ever-shorter turnaround times. But not only that! The in-house made stencils must meet the demands of high-quality jobs and have to be always being available for reliable and error-free production. This requires highly motivated staff, who work in the V4-team seamlessly, but also modern pre-press systems.
After a long examination of the market V4 opted for pre-press system technology from Bochonow.
After delivery and installation of a combined exposure and drying plant EcoLite, a light- and retouching table with most modern LED backlit, a manual reclaiming system and an automatic development system GENIAL the new pre-press area at V4 could start operation.
Together with Bernhard Hastrich from Steinmann GmbH, Klemens Bochonow handed over the plants to the owners, represented by Mr. Jürgen Michael.
