It is very easy to distill used washing solvents with the vacuum distillation unit BO-200 and frees you from complicated and strict waste disposal requirements. The return of investment of this equipment is realized within a very short period of time!
Solvent distillation under vacuum assuring a gentle distillation at relatively low temperatures. Solvents can be recovered up to a boiling point of 220 °C.
The distillation vessel has a volume of 225 Litre and is heated electrically. A level control in the vessel limits the addition of solvent and regulates a continuous recovery operation. This explosion proof System offers safety and ease of operations.
Minimal technical and financial requirements but drastically improved cleaning results are the immediate payoffs.
The very compact unit can be placed next to existing screen washers or - as an option - be connected to tanks and barrels.
Optional, closed-loop water chiller COOL eliminates fresh water usage of distillation System.
