Drying Cabinet CD-X
for storage and drying of screen printing stencils of the identical dimensions; the stencils are stored in 2 columns side by side; the measurement for a column must be the same, however, each column may have an individual size! Each column can accommodate 25 stencils, this gives a total capacity of 50 SCREENS;
The screen frames are inserted in special stainless steel support rails and placed horizontally for optimum air flow;
the stainless steel execution of the support rails ensures the prevention of rust and wear, and thus for long-lasting quality;
the powerful warm air blower (optional 2 pieces) sucks the air through a replaceable filter surface, this ensures low-dust drying air; the drying air is blown into the air distributor and is distributed through a nozzle plate to the 50 drying places; the flow of the drying air ensures convection and thus for optimum drying performance;
the humid air is absorbed by the opposite exhaust collector; for connection to the in-house waste air, a connecting piece is attached with NW125 mm.
a blower unit provides 400 m³/h with 2400 W heating power;
