The heavy-duty built Drucktisch 5000pro is a highly accurate device for screen printing any materials from thinnest to 1,25" thick materials that can even exceed the actual vacuum printing table without damaging them.
This press will be delivered with all mechanical and electrical controls and includes the following as standard equipment:
- Precision adjustments for 3-way registration of vacuum printing table
- Pre-vacuum for fast and accurate set-up
- Adjustable screen mounting device to accommodate different frame sizes
- Off-contact adjustment for material thickness of up to 1,25"
- Mechanically forced registration system for perfect repeatability by means of conical registration pin location
- Fully integrated vacuum system with extra strong but quiet vacuum turbine
- Multi-component resin coated and "hammerfest" vacuum printing table top for flat and smooth print surface
- Chemical resistant print table coating for ease of maintenance
- Pro-System equalization system is a specially designed upper frame weight adjustment system that equalizes weight changes produced by different screen frame types, screen frame sizes, inks, etc.
- Parallelogram frame lift keeps screen frame in parallel position to printing table in any position for perfect ink distribution in screen
- Special parallelogram frame construction allows to process oversized printing material without damaging it when closing parallelogram top frame
- Electromagnetic screen frame locking system for absolute control of registration, uniform, and repetitive screen frame location as well as counteracting any squeegee pressure force
- Continuous squeegee pressure control for uniform and repetitive application of ink laydown on printed material. Squeegee pressure point can be adjusted independently from floodbar adjustment
- Continuos floodbar pressure control for uniform and consistant flooding application of screen
- Micro height adjustment for repeatable squeegee
