Reclaiming System - ÖKO
Manual Screen Reclaiming System model ÖKO is a first and active contribution towards an environmentally responsible approach in processing screens. Screens are introduced manually into the booth where the screens are being reclaimed.
The equipment will be shipped fully assembled and include:
- solvent resistant and shutter-proof PPH material for ease of operation and low maintenance
- Ventilation dome incorporated into equipment ceiling to ensure efficient removal of fumes from operator side (without extraction fan!)
- Exhaust outlet of equipment ceiling for connection to factory exhaust system
- buffer tank to collect and to tranquilize waste water prior to drainage
- For active separation of chemicals (reclaiming agent and haze remover) from most of the waste water, a separate chemical removal trough is incorporated that consolidates chemical waste in a separate tank. Prior to using the high-pressure cleaning system, the drainage point of the chemical removal trough can be easily disconnected.
- Cascade filtration system effectively separates solids from the waste water drainage point of the Öko system
- Cascade filtration system can be cleaned easily from the outside
- Light liquid separation system model H automatically separates water-nonsoluble carbon hydrates, oils, solvents and solid waste from the waste water. No replaceable filters or similar materials are needed. The light liquids are automatically separated and can be collected in a specially provided hazardous waste container (option).
