UV-Partner are presenting the newly designed compact UV-NOVA models!
The UV-NOVA meets all requirements with respect to flexibility, cost-effectiveness, automated operation, and high availability, and is therefore suited for a diverse range of products and applications.
Thanks to high quality components, in-house designing and manufacturing of the UV-bulbs, we are able to offer the highest quality standards to ensure a long life, low maintenance, durability and performance.
Designed down to the last detail the UV-NOVA Series presents itself useful for all existing conventional belt-dryer of different manufacturer and construction! This makes the subsequent installation of a UV-Curing unit on all different kinds of belt dryer possible.
The attractive machine body is made from painted sheet steel, with well thought out, intelligent design.
The power-saving electronic ballast (comes as standard) with integrated system control, is a separate unit) and comes with connection cable and 5 mtr power connection cable, delivered fully assembled!
The electronic ballast enables stepless adjustment of the UV-Power in the range of 30-100%!
The operating hours counter and main switch is standard.
The various areas of application reach from screenprinting, offset, flexo, inkjet and digital printing units.
Available with UV-power from 800 Watts up to 12000 Watts in single units.
The optional shutter is available in pneumatically or electrically execution!
On your request we will provide the NOVA with insert nuts or screws based on your drawings to simplify the installation to your belt dryer or your printing machine!
On request we can offer also additional systems like attachments, belt covers, UV-protection covers and a wide range of options!

HEAT-EX
HEAT-EX is an air cooled tube system to reduce considerably
heat emission of the bulbs.
This is important for heat-sensitive substrates
like PVC films, light papers or special lacquers!
