ALL-IN-ONE-HA
Washes and reclaims up to 8 screen frames ……….. simultaneously!
Specific requirements of screen printing in the textile industry, especially due to increasing amount of screens, led to the development of the ALL-IN-ONE-HA.
The concept is a double-wash-chamber with 4 screen holder 730 x 1200 mm or up to 8 screens 530 x 730 mm ….. simultaneously.
After loading of the screens, the automatic cleaning program will be startet.
8 spray bars fitted with 56 HVLP-washing nozzles moving alongside the screens, spraying the All-In-One-Cleaner on the screens. The cleaner is pumped by a powerful stainless steel pump. The high efficient All-In-One solution removes the ink and decoat the screens.
Depending on the degree of pollution the intensity of the cleaning process can be adjusted in 4 treatment stages.
After a drip-off time, the cleaned screens can be unloaded . For rinsing with fresh water, the screens can be loaded into the (optional) lateral rinsing booth.
The lateral rinsing booth can be used multifunctional, e.g. for developing of screens!
The (optional) lateral rinsing booth is equipped with a insertion slot which can be closed with a lid. This assures simple and clean loading of the screens.
The rinsing booth is, accordingly to the washing chamber, made from chemical resistant PPH, seal welded and tested for leaks. PPH is extremely resistant to extraordinary stresses, break resistant and easy to clean.
The roof of the booth is translucent and simplifies the work and visual inspection.

56 specially designed HVLP-nozzles are fitted to the motor-driven spraybars of the ALL-IN-ONE-HA. The All-In-One-cleaner is sprayed from both sides onto the 4 vertical positioned screens.
Washing process is the proven and very efficient “High-Volume-principle” from BOCHONOW®. A generous nozzle diameter ensures the optimized cleaning result, extremely short washing cycles and trouble-free, low maintenance operation.

In total there are 4 screen holder with 8 spray bars and 56 cleaning nozzles installed.
This ensures the simulaneous cleaning of
4 screens 730 x 1200 mm,
or
8 screens 530 x 730 mm!

The cleaner is pumped by a powerful stainless steel pump out of the large tank which is installed underneath the washing chamber. The cleaner is reused by the closed loop system of the machine!
The high pump volume allows the use of powerful and trouble-free nozzles with large cross section and best cleaning performance!
The cleaner is the waterbased All-In-One-Cleaner with an addition of a special reclaiming agent.
The large cleaner tank, made of chemical resistant PPH. The tank is fitted with an easily accessible filtration cassette.
The easy accessible filtration cassette is equipped with an exchangeable fine filter.
The filtration cassette absorbs coarse contamination (tapes, fabric, etc.). The exchangeable fine filter removes the small particles out of the cleaner.
The decisive factor for the cleaning performance of the ALL-IN-ONE-HA is the quantity of cleaner flowing through the nozzles per time!
Because of the large nozzle diameter used, a large amount of cleaner is being circulated!
All wetted parts of the very quiet pump are made of stainless steel (1.4404). As sealing material high grade Teflon® or Kalrez® is used!
The newly from us designed quick-ventilation of the pump assures a trouble free operation of the unit.
Even after long shutdown times, the unit refills and ventilates itself fully automatically without any manual operation!
