Tool Washer RWA-N from Bochonow®
The new washing system for Squeegees, Tools, Cliches and small screens
The BOCHONOW® Tool Washer RWA-N vconnects 2 important jobs in screen printing! The cleaning of squeegees, flood bars, toosl such as trowels, cliches etc. small screens, and their drying!
In particular, the squeegee blade of polyurethane assume during printing and in the subsequent solvent cleaning, considerable amounts of solvents and swelling thereby. This in turn has a number of negative effects:
- Change ofthe squeegee hardness (z. B. the reduction of 65 to 55 ° shore!
- Changes in pressure parameters, stripes, smear, etc.
- the swollen squeegee can no longer be grinded, the polyurethane melts on the abrasive material on!
The sophisticated function of the RWA-N begins with the double hinged lid, which can be adapted to all of the respective parts sizes and access requirements!
The RWA-N has a continously extracted drawer to dry the solvent wet squeegees and tools!
Drying Drawer!
Permanent air extraction ensures accelerated drying of all parts, in particular the squeegee with the solvent-sensitive polyurethane blade!

- Washing chamber, housing made from high grade stainless steel 1.4301

- ejectable solvent tank made from high grade stainless steel 1.4301 for 58 liter of solvent
- captive, hinged guides for a safe extend and retract oft he solvent tank
- washing hose with self-closing washing brush
- ON-OFF switch for pump and extraction fan
- no explosion proof area is needed, if the solvent which is used has a flashpoint of >55°C
- incl. prescribed drip pan made of high grade stainless-steel 1.4301 (2 mm thickness) and grid work in front
The ease of use, even and especially for the occasional change oft he solvent, was in the foreground while designing the RWA-N.
After opening the front cover (done very simply by 2 sash lock) the two tank guides are simply folded out, and the tank can be rolled out easily! Now, the supply and disposal oft he solvent is easy to accomplish.
